These are tough times and many people are finding it hard to cope. I do myself! I have found that I easily become upset, particularly when I hear about Covid deaths, and for a while, I found it difficult to go out.

It’s good to recognise when you are struggling and ask for help.

There are lots of things you can do to help yourself to cope at the moment.

Reach out to friends and family.
